Popcorn Take Order turn in date is tonight at Roundtable (if
turning in a form), or online Friday November 7th by
5:00 pm.

The
Popcorn Take Order sorting is Friday Nov 21st at A
Turner Moving & Storage,
1001 NW 53rd Ave,
from 3:30 – 5:30 PM. Contact Anne Banks if you can help. Units that help
sort can leave with product. Unit pick up is Saturday November 17th

Youth Protection, New Leader Essentials and Cub Leader Specific. For

to Woodbadge training in February? Need to register now!
For Committee
Members:

Recharters are due no later than December 11th. Please use the online advancement program to do a unit audit
to make sure all your active Scouts are registered and begin the
process.
·
Are
your leaders trained? If not, please encourage them to attend training.
Reminder – All
Cubmasters, Scoutmaster and Crew advisors must be trained for the unit
to be able to recharter.
·
Now is
not too early to be thinking about the District Dinner planned
for January 22nd. This is a chance to recognize your unit
leaders. District award forms will be on the web soon.
·
Please
sign up for a Family Investment in Character presentation. Packs
are asked to do so at Blue & Gold. Troops are asked to have it at Courts
of Honor between December & March.
·
Is your
unit doing a money earning activity other than popcorn? Please complete
a unit money earning application (http://www.scouting.org/forms/34427.pdf)
and mail it to Alachua District BSA 711 NW 23rd St Suite1
Gainesville 32609.
